For the fan waiting for a reply

Write what you truly want to say, then choose the number of credits that reflects what the reply is worth to you. The creator decides whether to answer while the request is open.

Review the message together with its offer and choose what you want to answer. You never have to reply to every request, and every reply is written by you.

From account creation to reply and earnings.

The same account can send and receive messages. There is no separate creator application or approval queue.

    Open your profile and chatroom

    Complete your public profile and choose a unique handle to create your Jackly chatroom. Share the link wherever your audience already finds you.

  2. 02

    Send a message with a credit offer

    The fan chooses how many credits to offer. Those credits are reserved from their available balance while the request is being resolved.

  3. 03

    The creator writes the reply

    A request stays open for 48 hours from the moment it is sent. The creator selects a request and answers it personally in their own words.

  4. 04

    A completed reply is settled

    Once the reply is sent, 80% of the request credits are added to the recipient’s separate earned-credit balance. Earned credits are for cash-out only. The recipient can then choose whether to publish that request and reply.

These are the practical service rules to understand before sending a request or sharing your chatroom.

Anyone can send and receive

Any account with a completed public profile can send and receive paid requests without a separate approval.

The reply window is 48 hours

The timer starts when the request is first sent. Raising the offer later does not extend the deadline.

Credits return if there is no reply

If a request is declined, canceled or expires, the reserved credits return to the sender’s available balance. This is not an automatic refund to the original payment method.

Two separate balances

Purchased credits pay for messages and cannot be cashed out. Earned credits are only for cash-out and cannot be spent, combined with purchased credits or converted into them.

Conversations are private by default

A completed conversation stays private unless the recipient publishes its request and reply. Offer amounts, payment information and the sender’s identity are not displayed.

Incoming requests can be paused anytime

Creators can turn paid requests on or off from their profile and change that setting again whenever they need to.

Jackly does not generate replies for people

This is not an AI imitation of someone’s voice. The person receiving the request writes the response in their own words.

REVENUE SHARE

Most of the reply’s value goes to the person who wrote it.

When a creator personally completes a reply, every 100 request credits are split into 80 earned credits for the recipient and 20 for Jackly, regardless of the top-up channel.

One earned credit is worth KRW 100 for cash-out: 80 earned credits equal KRW 8,000. Payment and store fees are reflected in top-up pricing, not deducted from the recipient’s 80% share. Earnings are recorded separately from purchased credits. Payouts are not yet available in the service.
